Application:

Upgrade PLC System: Implement state-of-the-art PLC technology to streamline operations.

New Wiring to All Sensors: Enhance connectivity and accuracy by replacing and upgrading wiring.

Technical Scope:

• Comprehensive Wiring Replacement: Remove and replace all wires and cables for over 100 sensors, solenoids, and other devices. Each wire is labeled and terminated in I/O cabinets and at the respective devices.
• PLC System Overhaul: Transition from existing PLC racks to new, simplified Remote I/O (RIO) PLC systems. This includes installing new systems and connecting them to existing infrastructure.
• Ethernet Integration: Install and run ethernet cables to ensure seamless connectivity across all remote I/O systems.
• Conduit Installation and Support: Run new conduit from the Main Control Cabinet to the Transfer/Storage and adjacent areas, ensuring adequate support and compliance with safety standards.
